Fuorisalone – Milan Design Week

Using the language of art combined with design, Sara Ricciardi—a leading figure in Milan’s creative scene—has created Hypernova for glo™, named after the star, a surprising labyrinth with multiple entrances and exits that invites visitors to explore a variety of experiences. Hypernova is the explosive installation created by designer Sara Ricciardi for glo™, the centerpiece of the Lounge area at Superstudio. Ricciardi’s installation invites viewers to embark on an experience where nature and technology, uniqueness and diversity coexist. The Hypernova experience in its standalone pavilion was preceded by an unusually relaxing break on the roof of the Art Point. The Roof space also adhered to the “no-compromise” philosophy and was curated for glo™ by TOILETPAPER magazine, the creative collective founded by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, recreating a visually striking urban garden that complemented the artwork from the Radical Pop collection for glo™, designed by TOILETPAPER. Wonder Project oversaw the conception and production of the event.
